Nansha IFC

The project is located in the starting area of the Pearl Bay Area, Nansha Lingshan Island tip, north of the Jiaomen waterway, surrounded by the river. The design responds positively to the urban environment, creating a landmark gateway complex at the Tam Giang Confluence.

Nansha Pearl Bay Area will become the financial CBD radiating guangdong-hong Kong-macao Bay Area in the future, and Lingshan Island tip will become the urban gateway of this coastal CBD. Facing water, the site will have a 270-degree view and the tip of the island will be the visual centre of the Tam Giang Confluence.

The design responds to the natural landscape pattern of mountains, rivers and seas, and constructs the gateway tower of Lingshan island, creating the “Wings of Soul Mountain”. The building is in the form of twin towers, such as wings flying in the sea, wings connected to the middle, to build a bottom portal shape, meaning the city forge ahead, prosperity and take off.

The double-winged buildings will create a new height for the waterfront skyline of Lingshan Island in Nansha, and build a powerful new gateway to the city.
