Shuguang Junheyuan 13# Zhang’s Residence

This project is a 150㎡ residence in a high-rise community, located on the 12th floor. It is a space with three bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. We wanted to create an atmosphere that is relaxed and cosy, simple and pure, and to create a comfortable living space with plenty of storage. Based on this, the design is based on the essence of living, from the scene shaping to the details, advocating the ultimate visual simplicity and functionality of the ultimate high-level, the layout of the cloth is sparse and choreographed, and the "landscape" is a poem, while always running through the minutiae of the space, so that the home will return to the real life and freshness of life, and the residents can feel the freedom and calmness of the high-level aesthetics.
A good design is not only about the visible and tangible aspects, but also about the principle of environmental protection that runs through project design, material selection, and construction process.
