X variable

X Variable Coatings is a multifunctional bodywork coating that renders color transition, antimicrobial property and body cooling available. With colorless and transparent nano-structure color powder included as a component of the paint, it imitates the structure of butterfly wings with metals and metal oxides, and leverages special optical diffraction and interference to make color transitions viewed from many angles. In addition, the metal ions (Zn2+) as a part of it can also permeate into virus cells, then induce an antibacterial and bactericidal mechanism, to the extent that the surface of paint film only provides an essentially short-lived survival system for bacteria with long-acting bacterial suppression and killing. The Nano Glow White is also conferred the special character of rejecting near-infrared heat radiation which is expected to inhibit the bodywork surface warming under intense external illumination. The in-car temperature remains stable and the riding comfort is improved. X Variable is a water-based coating with water instead of organic solvent being used as a solvent and is also eco-friendly in respect of good adhesion, durability and color stability.
