The Tender Light

The dwelling is a house that was constructed by its owner, with the invaluable guidance of an expert interior design team. The team played a pivotal role during the planning stage, ensuring that all future alterations would be undertaken with minimal disassembly and waste, whilst also prioritizing eco-friendliness. Additionally, the team was mindful of the owner's children, who have physical disabilities, and they went to great lengths to incorporate numerous barrier-free designs into the property, which facilitated safe and unencumbered movement. Moreover, the team thoughtfully considered the usage of space from the perspective of persons with disabilities, to guarantee rationality and safety in equal measure.
The plan for the house centers around the first and second floors being shred and private living spaces, respectively. The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, living room, room for grandparents, and study. Meanwhile, the fourth floor serves as the penthouse. The first floor is designed with an audio-visual and entertainment room to receive guests, as well as space for family gatherings in the living and dining rooms.
