Pugin, who is principally remembered for his pioneering role in the Gothic Revival style of architecture, once said, “In pure architecture, the smallest detail should have a meaning or serve a purpose. The design team has introduced the concept into the design of this architectural project, using a simple color scheme and detailed ingenuity to interpret a subtle and neat aesthetic. Given the proximity to the forest park and the future development of a mixed-use business model, the design team has blended the metropolitan lifestyle with the natural aesthetics to create a brand new and diversified urban landscape. With this initiative in mind, the design team has not only reversed the site’s original industrial image and turned this property into a glamorous apartment building where individuals aspire to reside, enjoy and settle down.
