ESSENCE CREATIVE EXPO PARK

As an industrial renovation project, one of the main challenges in the design of ESSENCE CREATIVE EXPO PARK is to coordinate the construction and demolition plans of old and new buildings while providing a diverse range of housing products to the market. From the beginning of the planning and design process, the design team fully integrated the existing building outlines and roads with the zoning and staging of the later planning and design schemes. This ensures that the construction during the planning and design phase is well organized and that the operational management costs of the project are maximally controlled. In addition, the design also incorporates in-depth research on industrial development plans and trends. Based on the investment plans for the nine key industry categories outlined in the “14th Five-Year Plan” of Nanhai District, Foshan City, the design team has identified and selected industry directions with reference value, including high-end equipment manufacturing, new generation information technology, medical equipment, and new materials. Furthermore, the existing furniture business is being infused with smart networking technology and control technology.
