The project stands out from the lively nature and harmonizes with the landscape unobtrusively. The construction site locates aside from the outlet of the Tamsui River system, backing onto luxuriant Guanyin Mountain in Bali District, New Taipei City. As a landmark between the urban and nature, the scenic project incorporates the beauty of the river, sea, and mountains. Additionally, it reveals a recreational interest and a fascinating cultural landscape surrounded by a gorgeous view. Eventually, we can implement the design concept of “light structure planning” onto the waterfront residence building.
