Maximize the use of the space is the primary task in this 355 square-foot home project. The refined materials and statement light fixtures are wisely used to extend the transparency and create a well-lit room. The deep-gray hue is chosen for the large TV wall to create a steady and earthy tone that echos with the marbling tile extending from the bathroom to the living room. The semi-height divider and the lighting help to distinguish functions of spaces. From day to night, different expressions are shown. Both functionality and atmosphere are equally taken care in this compact space.

The whole layout can be seen when first stepping into the room. The central axis divides the space into two areas. A rhythmic swell of light is shaped by the extension from the wall sconce behind the sofa to the pendant light fixtures on the end wall. Accompanied by the steady grayish marble wall, a humble warm vibe flows in the space while awaiting its owner to come home.
