We Are interpreTERs

The creation of "We Are interpreTERs" introduces the cultural history of water in Chung-li , Taiwan, so that the creator can understand the different states of water and see many traces of life, such as ponds, streams, lakes, etc. Let people understand the history and culture of Chung-li and the diverse way of life.
