Although it is a financial industry that emphasizes discipline, it wanted to present a dynamic and unique style that is flexible and professional. Therefore, the designer used contrast color and color flash modules to make the space appear diverse and various. The nearly 30-year-old building is well lit and ventilated. The space planning is based on the original layout, and the partitions are reduced to a minimum. And the open plan is not blocked by doors or sliding doors, so people can move around freely. Furthermore, the flooring of the general staff work area and the lounge is made of brown and grayish laminate flooring to differentiate the functions of the space through color. The epidemic has made alternate work and work-from-home the norm. Through the open design and irregular seating arrangement, users can have more flexibility in the space. Whether the work efficiency or usage experience, even space utilization is optimized to the maximum.
