Project Description

On the journey of design, the seemingly little and normal changes of regional cultures, urban characteristics, and local climates could have significant influence on the design of space and the selection of building materials. It is the biggest challenge for the designer to harmonize these elements and blend them into architecture and environment so as to contribute the exclusive outlines and appearances of space.

The project is designed with three core ideas: powerful, spacious and aesthetic, to build this calm mansion in the busy city, which carries all the functions of life such as work, recreation and entertainment for its residents. The powerful idea stands for convenient traffic. With a more efficient commute, the residents can make more powerful impacts at work. Spacious emphasizes the connection between the building and the surroundings, in which people can enjoy LOHAS and enter a peaceful status of mind. Aesthetic is the best interpretation of architectural beauty. By applying the best quality interior and exterior materials, and along with forward-looking thoughts, the design team builds an evolving point of view that will last for years.
