CHENGDU CIFI · CLOUD MANSION SALES CENTER

Chengdu is also called “Yang”(the sun) in Chinese. It sits at the bank of Tuojiang River, which enjoys beautiful scenery. Located in such a mountainous area, the Chengdu CIFI· Cloud Mansion Sales Center has its architecture take the form of mountain, its landscape blend seamlessly into the scenery, and its interior space echo to the nature around. Designers introduce specific historic memory and pure culture elements into the design, combining technology and the choice of value against the context of modern city, so as to present a poetic feeling of “the mountain leaning on the moon, and the river illuminated by lights”. The project aims to become an experience-oriented future spot. As the starting point of future exploration, it also tries to interpret the eternity and the classics.
With the development and maturity of China's real estate industry, more and more sales centers no longer merely serve the purpose of temporary usage of selling, but are designed from the beginning to meet the needs of subsequent functions that can be useful for the community. In this project, CIFI has planned multiple function into the design, such as club, gym, private kitchen, chess room etc.
