The design approach is to retain the roof shape that was originally turned away from the existing building. The rooms & suites are oriented towards the river, which characterizes a general increase in quality. The structural intermediate zone is inserted as a link, which houses the access area on the ground floor and the infinity pool on the top floor. The actual existing structure is treated independently and upgraded by a new roof design. This is where the reception and rooftop lounge are located.
