MKolay is Turkey’s first QR-friendly store concept. Facilitating safe and fast shopping that merges physical stores with digital services.
As the new World brings along new demands, especially when it comes to public spaces; we as Gravity, developed a unique concept and created a store design that addresses the current need for smart, unmanned stores that cater to new lifestyle demands and are in line with the confines of social distancing.
Our goal was to provide a more efficient, more comfortable way of shopping while reducing human interaction and required time.
MKolay provides a system where the shopper can swipe the QR codes of each item into a virtual shopping basket and can use a QR code at check-out for a swift and be a part of this easy experience.
Design elements that reflect the brand’s innovative approach to retail, and the technological system in place, were used to create a digital-friendly space. Providing a new sales channel with easy integration into mall car parks, metro stations, and plaza entrances, MKolay phygital store bridges the gap between the physical and digital store for the ultimate experience that is in line with the times and changing customer needs.
