The designer chose large format tiles with natural patterns as the decorative materials for the walls in the living room, which form a perfect correspondence with the abstract paintings on the opposite wall. The primitive natural texture created from the stone materials and the hollowed visual effects sculpted by the wooden grids are the abundance to the spatial details, while the customized chandelier hanging in the air as well as the mottled lights and shadows sprinkling down from the ceiling rather added some romantic softness to the rational and precise proportions.
Walls in the dining room also chose to use large format tiles in a “double square” shaped mosaic approach, enhancing the spatial depth. The spatial layout for the interior is completed in one-go, offering harmonious and consistent ambience, fusing traditional elements enriched in texture into the modern design language, endowing the space with vitality, upgrading the elegant scenario of space filled with gentle and graceful temperament. The encounter between white, grey and golden brown allowed the entire space to appear cleaner with consistency.
