This case was an individual mansion with square house layout, appropriate structure, and high ceiling. The designer fully expressed the Chinese modern style, from intricacy to simplicity, from overall wholeness to sectional details, step by step, a distinctive residential environment was ultimately created.
Wood, unadorned and ordinary, is natural and pure. The pavilion at the garden is designed primarily with wood, which echoes and complements the manmade rocks, bamboos, roller blind, and the grille panel, displaying a mesmerizing state of pleasant tranquility. Inviting several friends over, finding oneself in a carefree lifestyle, savoring a great cup of tea, eliminating burdens of everyday life, and appreciating the dancing bamboos swaying in the breeze, a leisurely ambiance is filled in the air.
Home carries people’s emotional life, conveys bountiful messages, and makes impacts on people’s everyday behaviors. Precisely for these reasons, it is especially essential for designers to implement their superior designing philosophy and methods in the creation of the space so to integrate people’s passion and needs of everyday living, thereby advancing the space into a home.
