Project Description

It’s a new 3,939 SF living space built on a 5,002 SF land. 2 attached contemporary smart townhouse in South Bay, California. Each unit designed for 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath & an office space with a private access from each side yards, allowing to ruminate about the owner’s project comfortably. I tried to design these two units as one structure as far as visually. The large rhythmic windows absorb more natural light for interior, making home bright & airy. Different finish stucco & exterior colors makes the building & 2 signature cubes more unique as well as installing rhythmic light color aluminum metal on a dark color of stucco on each façade to feel uniform. The flat roof, covered by a white color cool roof technology torch down that makes the building temperature moderate in summer. Smart system would control the building temperature, security cameras, audio & lighting system remotely from anywhere in the world. High ceiling & open space interior design feels more spacious as well as white European flat shiny kitchen cabinets with a large gray color island with one piece quarts counter-top. Auto drip irrigation system covers the whole landscaping area for Succulents plants.
