Laguna Solé, an eye-pooping, swimmable man-made Crystal Lagoon is arguably one of the most unprecedented amenities in a rental community. The first in South Florida, the Caribbean-blue body of freshwater spans seven acres, including sandy beach areas and its own little island. The impressive engineering and design feat, nestled in the heart of the growing city-within-a-city, Solé Mia, brings waterfront living to a part of Miami that’s not technically on the water. Crystal Lagoons’ state-of-the-art and eco-friendly technology uses disinfection pulses that allow using up to 100 times less chemicals than swimming pools and uses an ultrasonic filtration system that uses up to 50 times less energy than conventional filtration systems.
Laguna Solé is only accessible by residents at the Shoreline at Solé Mia, the first amenity-rich development completed at one of South Florida’s most ambitious projects, Solé Mia. The amenity crown-jewel is the size of 21 Olympic-sized pools and provides the Shoreline residents with sandy beaches and a waterfront location where they can swim, paddleboard, kayak or float on luxury loungers.
